Real Estate is a responsive property business multipurpose WordPress Theme built for number of property business institutions. Its highly customizable and easy to install and configure.

Quick Start

Real Estate is easy to setup. Assuming that you have WordPress already installed and Real Estate can be setup using the following three simple steps:

Theme installation can be done using one of the following methods

Once the upload is comeplete, activate the theme.

Child Theme

Real Estate is child theme ready. It is recommended to use child themes to keep the theme update procedure seemless.

Once the upload is comeplete, activate the child theme.

Required/Recommended plugins

Once theme is installed, a notice will be prompted to install required and recommended plugins. Plugins can be installed by clicking "Begin Installation" or navigating to "Appearance > Install Plugins"

Install and activate all plugins.

Recommended Plugin

It is recommended to install both required and recommended plugins to get the best results. Please make sure theme is installed and activated before installing plugins

Import Demo Content

For demo content import navigate to "Appearance > Import Demo Content" and click "Import Demo Data"



After clicking "Import Demo Data". This window will be appear then click "Import Demo Data".



Now you can easily import the demo content by just clicking on "Continue & Import".



This process will take a bit of time to complete. The time will depend upon the internet speed and server configuration. Please be patient while this step. You will be able to see the progress bar. Once the process is complete you will be notified. PLEASE DONT IMPORT THE CONTENT TWICE!!

Elementor Page Builder

Real Estate is using Elementor as a page builder plugin. It is highly customizable and if you want to know more about Elementor click here

  1. Navigate to "Elementor > Settings"
  2. Check "Team Memebers" Checkboxes to enable Elementor Page Builder for Custom Post Type
  3. Check "Disable Default Colors"
  4. Check "Disable Default Fonts"

Replace Site Address

Elementor provides you facility to change your website url very easily. You just need to follow some simple and easy steps. These steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to "Elementor > Tools".




  2. A new Window appears then click on "Replace URL" tab.




  3. Now, here you can add your old website url and then new url of website and just click on the Replace URL Button. Website Address updated successfully.




Assign Frontpage and Blog Pages

The following screenshot explains how to assign Frontpage and Blog Pages.

  1. Navigate to "Settings" > "Reading"
  2. Select "A static page (Select Below)"
  3. Select "Home" from dropdown for "Homepage"
  4. Select "Blog" from dropdown for "Posts Page"

Assign Menu

Elementor provides you facility to assign header main menu. You just need to follow some simple and easy steps. These steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to "Appearance > Menus".




  2. A new Window appears. At the bottom of that window Display location checkbox given. Here, you can assign the location(Main Menu) to menu by just enable the checkbox. And then simply click the save menu button. Display location successfully assigned to menu.

Real Estate - Property Business uses Elementor page builder as the page builder for the theme. Elementor Page Builder comes with number of widgets that can be used to construct a page. However we have a created a number of custom widgets to meet the requirements of this theme. 19 custom widgets are used to build this theme. We have added the screenshots of the custom widgets in the documentation to make it easier to identify which section is generated by the use of a particular widget

Banner Carousel

Banners are great to seek the user attention. You can add the unlimited number of slides in the backend. For each slide you can add Banner Background Image, Headline, Banner Caption, Banner Bathrooms Counter, Banner Bedrooms Counter, Banner Living Rooms Counter, Call to Actions Button label and link also

If you find a bug please report the bug and we will get it fixed for you as soon as possible.

Q. Are you available for helping to setup the Theme?

As far as setting up the template is concerned the Opustech Theme team will try to help to get the theme up. However customization requests are not available.
